Cultivating Mindfulness – Authentic Communication & Circling

We learned the art of non-violent communication when we are stressed, tired, or frustrated.  We learned how to communicate without blame and how to take ownership of our experience so that we feel more connection in our relationships.  We also broke out into smaller circles to practice the tools of authentic relating and gain more personalized community support.
